Wonderful Pandora customer service woman, Natasha! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will talk to you the whole time, doesn't push anything on you. Does a wonderful job all around. Tales care of her customers that come back to her. I love her! I would tell anyone to go to Pandora just to see her.

We had a lady with blue hair. And she was African American. I missed her name but she was absolutely amazing. And went above and beyond. Her attitude makes me wanna buy more just from her.

Outstanding customer service. This is my favorite place to shop when I want to bring my wife to add charms to her collection. The staff even goes to the length of remembering their return customers and does a great job helping us find that perfect next charm to add to our collection.

I had a really nice and memorable experience here. I’m not sure of the guys name that helped my boyfriend and I, but it was my first bracelet for our anniversary and he made it super easy to understand how it works etc. will be back here to purchase some more charms. Thank you again

Went on Black Friday and was in and out pretty quickly. Staff was excellent and did not Hound me too much about buying more stuff like some of the other locations I've been to. The store manager Nick(?) Is awesome and was a huge help! Thank you to the staff for making this a pleasurable Black Friday experience!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pandora. The wonderful lady who helped me expressed that it was only her second day and she ROCKED it! She helped me choose a set of rings that I absolutely ADORE and she made the whole process super easy and memorable. I believe her name was Cam and she was awesome! Shoutout to Nick too, he helped Cam offer us beautiful options and was willing to help me even though I was very indecisive. Overall, a great experience not badly priced :)

Had to exchange a bracelet my daughter received for Christmas. The young lady (Myranda) who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to find us the right fit and also show us the charms that will work for her size bracelet.

First time visiting with a out of town friend. Very clean facility but was very impressed with one of the workers, Kristin. He was very professional and greeted us with a smile and made it a very peasant and welcoming atmosphere. He even talked us into getting another set of earrings for a free bracelet. He was awesome. 👏🏽 Thank you Kristin for a great first experience.
